How Much Do Sessions Cost?

  • Individual Sessions: $150; Sliding Scale Discount Available

How Often Do I Need to Meet with You?
 
It will depend on your goals. I recommend one session per week for the first five weeks. After that, one session every other week may be preferable.
 

How Long Does This Process Take?

The journey depends on the pace at which you’re moving toward your goals. I recommend a minimum of five sessions to foster meaningful, lasting transformation. As we continue our work, each session builds on the last, allowing time for deeper insights and growth. However, even a few sessions can offer valuable guidance and momentum.

Where Are Sessions Held?

I can meet you in person at a convenient location for our initial session or connect virtually. After that, sessions are available via Zoom or over the phone, allowing you to choose the environment that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

What Are Your Hours?

I’m available for sessions from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I can also arrange Saturday morning sessions to accommodate your schedule.

What Happens During a Session?

In our sessions, we’ll explore topics such as:

  • Gently uncovering the belief systems guiding your life.
  • Identifying your aspirations and how you want to live.
  • Strengthening your sense of security and self-worth.
  • Finding solutions to challenging situations.
  • Practicing relaxation and self-awareness.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting; it’s easy to put it off or try to manage things on your own. My goal is to make the experience comfortable and uplifting. I’ll guide you safely and respectfully, similar to how a coach might support you through a new fitness routine.

What Won’t I Do During a Session?

You won’t encounter judgment, criticism, or shame here. I create a safe, supportive space where you can grow at your own pace. My role is to listen, support, and encourage.

Do You Take Insurance?

At this time, insurance doesn’t cover coaching. Many people, however, find the focused attention and actionable outcomes to be a worthwhile investment in themselves.
