How Much Do Sessions Cost?

  • Couple Sessions: $175
  • After our initial assessment, I’m happy to offer coaching packages of 5 or 9 sessions with a 10% discount.

Where Are Sessions Held?

I can meet you in person for the first session and after that, I offer the flexibility of holding sessions via Zoom or over the phone, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

What are your hours?

I see clients from 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I can arrange to meet you on Saturday morning after we meet for the first time.

What’s the Difference Between a Coach and a Therapist? And Can I Work with Both?

In a nutshell, coaches focus on helping you move toward your future goals with specific outcomes in mind. We work as peers, engaging in a more informal manner, like sending check-in emails to support your progress—something therapists typically don’t do. Therapists, on the other hand, help you navigate past experiences and emotional healing. And yes, you can absolutely work with both a coach and a therapist to support your personal growth from different angles.

Do You Take Insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance doesn’t cover professional coaching. However, many people find that the personalized attention and actionable results are well worth the investment.

During a session, we might explore a variety of topics, such as:
